Body Awareness, Breath, Movement & Mindfulness

Join us for an hour of Mindful Movement. This class brings together Chinese Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi and Meditation into the powerful and self healing practice of Integrative Qigong.

We incorporating slow stretches, acupressure and gentle flowing movements, focusing on alignment of the breath, mindfulness and visualisation.

This practice promotes body-mind connection, inner- being connection, personal awareness and emotional resiliency.

Qigong is an Eastern self healing practice that enables you to cultivate energy, vitality and relaxation, while delivering a wide range of physical and mental health benefits.


Taught by Nicole Betts, an internationally accredited Qigong teacher, Meditation Teacher, Fitness Instructor and Holistic Health Coach
