At Body Bliss we belie ve yoga is for everyone. Most of our classes are open to all levels, though if you’ve never tried yoga before you may want to consider one of our regularly-scheduled beginners courses.

We also offer one-on-one sessions giving new students the opportunity for a more personalised introduction and more advanced students a chance for specialised tuition.

Weekend workshops and special events complement our studio activities ensuring there’s always something to look forward to.
